Our client, a premier culinary institution, is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, and responsive individual for the position of Administrator to assist with the operations of the company.ROLE PROFILEThe selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth coordination between students, chefs, management and facility operations. He /she will also undertake the following tasks:DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate daily school operations, including student registrations, class schedules, and chef instructor timetables.
  • Act as the primary liaison between students, instructors, and management for all administrative concerns.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and course progress reports.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance of the school premises.
  • Support the chefs with class setup, inventory requests, and logistics for practical sessions.
  • Handle communication with prospective students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Oversee procurement of supplies, equipment, and ingredients in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports for management.
  • Support the planning and coordination of school events, exams, and special sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and hospitality standards
