- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Animal science, Nutrition, Veterinary or any related field
- 3–5-year experience as a Sales executive or related field Practice
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Flexibility, and readiness to travel from time to time work during the weekends and overtime as well as overnight.
- Provide technical support to customers, including application of new and existing products usage, application and technologies.
- Ensure client’s products are received in good condition and without shortages, monitor performances and provide feedback on regular basis.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets for poultry feed products within a specific geographical territory.
- Identify and recruit new business accounts to support the growth of sales volume and maximize the market potential for the cozmpany's Products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Ensure products are well displayed and visible at the distributor’s shop.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Embark upon daily and weekly visits to our trade partners to recruit and revive new and dormant customers and regularly update customer list for the assigned geographical area, set target, monitor their performances and provide feedback on regular basis.
- Liaise with Credit control to ensure all cash and credit payment are reconciled on a monthly, quarterly basis for a healthy and sustainable relationship.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess market potential, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
