  • Drive the development and implementation of digital banking products and services
  • Enhance customer experience through innovative digital solutions and platforms
  • Collaborate with product development teams to launch new digital initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve digital offerings
Qualification Required & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering
  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity and cloud computing
