- Research and develop market strategies, identify new business and design an appropriate strategy to maximize sales, revenue and expense control
- Develop new markets in the AGRO CHEMICAL BUSINESS
- Maintaining good relationship with clients by making regular visits and responding to orders promptly
- Processing client orders by following required and due procedure
- Demonstrating time management skills and meeting sales target
- Proving weekly report on all sales activities as well as market price research
- Oversee the activities and performance of team members
- Develop the sales team through motivation, training and product knowledge.
- Study and report on Market trends
- Maximize revenue and debt recorvery
- Minimum of Degree is required
- 3-5 years experience in the business
- Experience in Agro chemical /FMCG Business
- Graphic design is a plus
- Basic Computer skills required (Excel, Microsoft, PPT)
