The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, exceptional numerical proficiency and strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

Directing financial planning and strategy
Analyzing and reporting on financial performance
Preparing monthly reconciliation general ledge and statutory accounts
Maintaining inventory and non-current assets
Treasury management
Overseeing audit and tax functions
Developing and implementing accounting policies
Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets
Managing internal controls
Developing annual financial plans and projections for the company

In addition, the candidate should have knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with teamsAgain, the candidate should be able to work on his own without or less supervisionQualification Required & Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Part / fully qualified professional certification such as ICA (Ghana) ACCA, CIMA
Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance would be added advantage
