- Perform administrative, and secretarial duties on behalf of the company
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and letters and preparing communications on the communications on the company's behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports, documents and reports
- Translating and interpretation of documents into the French language
- Preparing and organising meetings, including scheduling appointments, providing the needed background information, sending reminders and organising catering when necessary
- Proven work experience as an Administrator / Secretary or relevant experience in an office setting or with Multinational organisation
- Possess a Graduate degree in Management and or Secretaryship from an Accredited tertiary educational institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge in the French language is desirable
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Internet skills, including the use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
- Ability to type 40 - 60 words per minute
