Job Vacancy For Office AdministratorOur company is looking for an Office Administrator who will deal with administrative matters on behalf of the company.Job Title: Office AdministratorPosition Summary
  • Perform administrative, and secretarial duties on behalf of the company
Main Responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and letters and preparing communications on the communications on the company's behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports, documents and reports
  • Translating and interpretation of documents into the French language
  • Preparing and organising meetings, including scheduling appointments, providing the needed background information, sending reminders and organising catering when necessary
Qualification Required & Experience
  • Proven work experience as an Administrator / Secretary or relevant experience in an office setting or with Multinational organisation
  • Possess a Graduate degree in Management and or Secretaryship from an Accredited tertiary educational institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Knowledge in the French language is desirable
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Internet skills, including the use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
  • Ability to type 40 - 60 words per minute
