- The Brands Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive the commercial success, visibility, and market leadership of the Boulevard Menswear brand.
- This role will lead all brand-related activities-including sales growth initiatives, marketing execution, retail excellence, and customer engagement-with the overarching goal of achieving an annual revenue target .
- Develop and implement annual brand strategies to position the brand as the destination for fashionable clothing in Ghana.
- Define and maintain consistent brand aesthetics, tone of voice, and customer experience across all platforms.
- Drive retail and online sales strategies to meet the sales target.
- Collaborate with retail operations to ensure high-performance sales teams and optimized in-store experiences.
- Lead the implementation of promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with buying and inventory teams to curate collections aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure availability of top-performing SKUs and recommend markdown strategies for slow-moving stock.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing plans including digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and customer engagement.
- Manage content creation, photo/video shoots, and brand storytelling.
- Implement initiatives to grow the customer base by 30% annually.
- Develop and manage clienteling programs, loyalty schemes, and personalized experiences to drive customer retention.
