- The Human Resource and Administration Officer would be responsible for providing essential support for HR and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.
- This role involves handling routine HR tasks, maintaining records and assisting in administrative functions to meet organizational goals
- Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing welcome kits and ensuring documentation is complete
- Respond to employee queries related to benefits, policies, and general HR matters
- Assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions and workshops
- Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of HR functions, labour laws and office administration
