- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic network-related problems by collaborating with senior IT staff, and providing guidance to end-users.
- Provide technical assistance for hardware and software-related issues, including installations, upgrades, and replacements.
- Assist in enforcing IT policies related to managing user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
- Participate in testing new app updates for compatibility and functionality, and documenting bugs encountered during testing.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date IT documentation and inventory.
- Provide support for audio-visual equipment setup and troubleshooting during meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges and improvements.
- BSc in IT related subject (relevant working experience is a plus).
- Strong interest in IT and technology with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of information security, networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software (MS Office Suite/Google productivity Suite).
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with end-users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
