Salary: GHC 1,500/month (2-month probation) ? GHC 5,000/month upon meeting targetsJob Description:We're hiring a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer with strong graphic design skills. You'll be responsible for designing promotional content (flyers, social media posts, etc.), managing and growing our online presence, and directly contributing to sales growth.Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials (flyers, social media ads, posters, etc.)
Manage social media accounts and run effective campaigns
Increase customer engagement and conversions through digital channels
Drive monthly sales to meet agreed targets
Maintain performance reports using Excel
Identify marketing opportunities and trends

Requirements:

Proficient in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, photoshop, etc.)
Excellent command of social media platforms
Strong sales and marketing background
Must be very good with Microsoft Excel
Self-driven with excellent time management skills

Compensation & Performance Expectations:

GHC 1,500/month during probation (2 months)
After probation: GHC 5,000/month if monthly targets are consistently met
Honors (such as First Class, Second Upper) Degree is a Plus
Must generate a minimum of GHC 30,000 in direct business per month
Performance and time tracking required
Continued employment depends on meeting KPIs and avoiding inefficiencies
