- Develop scientific and robust methodologies for impact execution (Measurements & Evaluations)
- Lead measurements and evaluations of all products, services, promotions, Events and commercial interventions to inform decision making actions.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly commercial performance reporting to War room and Commercial leadership.
- Mine data and extract relevant insights for commercial decision
- Develop automated dashboards for commercial
- Support in developing CLTV and CVS measures for improving customer
- Evaluate commercial performance at national, regional and district levels comparing to targets and business objectives.
- Track Marketing Opex to ensure it is within budget to deliver on business
- Reconcile monthly Opex spend to ensure there are no disparities vs
- Report on monthly departmental spend to respective Marketing
- Perform Return on Objective/Return on Investment analysis for Commercial
- Implement profitability analysis using cost of production and activity-based
- Update commercial health dashboard and CoP Dashboards
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that Cost of production model is updated and refreshed
- Track subscribers by segment (HVC, MVC, LVC) and revenues drivers
- Perform commercial root cause analysis continuously to ensure understanding with respect to revenue drivers for voice, data, Home, SMS, and incoming.
- Lead end of month and end of Quarter operational revenue reporting of voice, SMS, Data, Home, and digital.
- Coordinate quarterly commercial plans submissions from all Commercial
- Lead and drive the function of Data as a Service (DaaS) ambition to ensure insights on the go.
- Support in building business cases, financial modelling, and
- Support the implementation of commercial initiatives through the
- First degree in Finance/ Accounting or a related discipline
- A post graduate degree/ MBA or Professional Certification will be an advantage.
- 5 years' relevant work experience in Telecoms/ Technology/ Fintech industry with at least 3 years experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise (understanding commercial impact assessment)
