- Install, service, and support a variety of equipment (e.g., Xerox, HP printers and photocopiers).
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests and service calls.
- Document assigned work processes and understand key business applications.
- Provide daily activity and visit reports to supervisors.
- Maintain full knowledge of company products, services, and internal procedures.
- Acquire and apply knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends.
- Perform routine customer care visits to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage service tickets using platforms such as 4me and 3Manager, ensuring quick resolution for assigned accounts.
- Contribute proactively to customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Continuously improve work efficiency and service quality.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or equipment servicing.
- Hands-on experience with servicing production machines and office equipment is an advantage.
- Proven experience in IT support or technical servicing (experience with printers and copiers is a strong advantage).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of service management tools and reporting systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits within Kumasi and surrounding areas.
