Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: ANALYSTREPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTORJOB SUMMARY:Support the team in project development and implementation by organising, developing and presenting proposals, final reports and actively participating in the development of solutions for clients and IT duties.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Research1) Conduct research on specific subjects as input into proposals for submission.2) Conduct research work on the internet and other sources as directed for the design of solutions to our clients.2. Project ReportsAssist with the writing of assignment reports for submission to clients.3. Recruitment & Selection * Shortlist (initial for review) – To shortlist applications in line with job requirements as determined by the JD using a shortlist template for review and further shortlisting by the Executive Director.
  • Scheduling of interviews – Schedule interviews after shortlists are compiled in conjunction with the ED.
  • Invitation of candidates to interviews – contact all shortlisted candidates by email and text messages. Prepare interview schedules and indicate confirmed dates and times. Also include candidate contact details.
  • Prepare Interview documentation – Ensure all assessment materials are collated and issued to interview panel at least 24 hours before each assessment event.
  • Communication of assessment results – Confirm assessment results and communicate this to both successful and unsuccessful candidates using the company’s standard letters. Where required with the approval of the ED, schedule final interviews with clients and confirm dates with the final candidates.
  • Participation in interviewing of candidates after training in competency based interviewing.
4. Development of MaterialDevelop course material and other materials for the facilitation of conferences and workshops.5. IT DutiesMonitor and maintain the Z&A database, website, and social media6. Other AssignmentsProvide project support as assigned.ENTRY REQUIREMENTS * First Degree in HR/Psychology or any related field
  • At least one year working experience in HR
  • Analytical and must understand and use effective research methodologies, sampling techniques.
  • Proactive with initiative and having an eye for detail.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Client service orientation
  • Must be a team player
