- Provide information for organizational design review, support in design discussions and update of organizational organogram.
- Collate and analyze information for Job Profiling and Evaluations - Provide input and advice in the review and creation of job profiles and evaluate jobs.
- Maintain an up-to-date survey trends dashboard of all surveys.
- Support in raising and following up on SSH tickets in relation to OD process requests for system updates.
- Support with survey administration and coordination, drive survey communication & participation, answer survey queries and analysis of survey data.
- Responsible for updating organizational structures with role occupants and other related information.
- Track Recruitment request brought to OD team and advice on OD related information for effective recruitment process.
- Provide monthly reporting on tasks/areas assigned.
- Support with HR projects as assigned.

- First Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences or a related field of study.
- 3 years' relevant HR experience in HR practice.
