- Education: A bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is standard, with many pursuing professional certifications like CPA or ACCA.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel is essential.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
