- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, architectural, and design industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored stone product solutions.
- Effectively present and promote STONE DEPOT's range of natural stone products to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market information
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical product environment.
- Demonstrated sharp marketing acumen and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a technically intricate product line.
- Sales within the construction industry.
- Sales of architectural products or building materials.
- Project management experience with client-facing responsibilities.
- Familiarity with construction documents (blueprints, specifications, contracts) is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable, but relevant work experience will also be highly considered.
