  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, architectural, and design industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored stone product solutions.
  • Effectively present and promote STONE DEPOT's range of natural stone products to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market information
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical product environment.
  • Demonstrated sharp marketing acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a technically intricate product line.
Preferred (but not limited to) experience:
  • Sales within the construction industry.
  • Sales of architectural products or building materials.
  • Project management experience with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with construction documents (blueprints, specifications, contracts) is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable, but relevant work experience will also be highly considered.
