Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Promoters. The Promoter will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers to generate interest and drive sales for our products, services, or brands. This role requires a high-energy, outgoing, and persuasive individual who can effectively communicate product features and benefits, create a positive brand image, and achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct/Brand Promotion
  • Actively approach and engage with potential customers to introduce and demonstrate products or services.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the brand.
  • Distribute samples, flyers, and other promotional materials to maximize brand exposure.
  • Set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-stocked.
Sales and Lead Generation
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Qualify leads and guide potential customers through the sales process.
  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns or objections effectively.
  • Encourage customers to make immediate purchases or sign up for services.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Create a positive and memorable experience for every customer interaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Reporting and Administration
  • Track and report on daily sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on product performance, customer trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and equipment are accounted for and in good condition.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills or ExperienceQualifications
  • HND/Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales, retail, or promotional role is highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (e.g., promotional materials).
