- Facilitate the formation of Cooperative & village savings and loans groups within rural communities.
- Educate community members on the principles of financial management, savings, and lending.
- Provide training and ongoing support to group members on record-keeping, loan disbursement, and repayment procedures.
- Collaborate with local leaders and organizations to identify potential group members and establish partnerships.
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to ensure compliance with group rules and financial transparency.
- Assist groups in developing business plans and accessing additional resources for income-generating activities.
- Maintain accurate records of group activities, financial transactions, and impact assessments.
- Compile reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and village savings and loans groups, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- This is a full-time position with a probation period of [6 months]. Remuneration and benefits will be in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.

- HND or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, finance, economics, community development, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in community development, microfinance, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial literacy principles and experience working with underserved populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in local languages spoken in rural communities is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in remote, rural areas with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned locations.
