Job Vacancy For Relationship Officers

• Provide a readily available service-focused, knowledgeable and experienced point of contact for both new and existing members
• Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards

• Identify members needs effectively and advise on appropriate products
• Cross-sell products effectively

• Increase the organisation's loans portfolio by encouraging members to use it as their first port of Call
• Sell the organisation's products proactively and increase membership base

• Conduct needs analysis to identify members financial needs and communicate this to the General Manager for further attention
• Ensure proper and up-to-date record keeping

• A minimum qualification of BSc Administration, (Marketing option) with 3 years experience or HND Marketing with 5 years experience in the financial industry
• Experience in credit union management will be an added advantage
• Suitably qualified applicants from Takoradi are encouraged to apply
