- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software development, IT consulting, and IT services.
- Build and manage relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, and market expansion.
- Represent Cabbage Technologies at networking events, meetups, and online communities.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape pricing models, service packages, and market positioning.
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and partnership agreements.
- Track and report on business development KPIs.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — preferably in tech or IT services.
- Strong network and ability to open doors to decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
- Passion for technology, problem-solving, and creating value for clients.
- Closing at least 3–5 new client accounts in the first 6 months.
- Establishing 2–3 strategic partnerships that lead to recurring revenue.
- Creating a sustainable lead pipeline with qualified prospects every month.
- Increasing brand visibility through industry events, networking, and thought leadership.
- Direct contribution to revenue growth in line with company targets.
- Equity ownership (1–5%) based on experience and contribution.
