The ideal candidate will have a strongsafety record, excellent driving skills, and the ability to represent our brand professionally.Key Responsibilities:∙Safely operate company vehicles (trucks, vans) to transport finished goods and raw materials∙Load and unload cargo while adhering to proper handling procedures for fragile items∙Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries∙Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsCompliance & Safety:∙Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols∙Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation∙Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents immediately∙Ensure all transported goods are properly securedCustomer Service:∙Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and partners∙Handle delivery paperwork and obtain necessary signatures∙Report any customer concerns or special requests to managementQualifications:∙Minimum 10 years driving experience∙Driving license category D/E∙Can work on demand, late hours and weekends∙Must live close to Weija and surrounding areasKEY COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS:∙Excellent knowledge of local and regional road networks∙Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge∙Strong time management skills∙Good communication abilities∙Experience transporting fragile or high-value goods∙Familiarity with GPS and route optimization software
