- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, non-profit organizations, foundations, and corporate entities aligned with Inspire Her Ghana’s mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with program staff to develop partnership proposals and negotiate partnership agreements that support programmatic goals and objectives.
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
- Develop compelling grant proposals and fundraising appeals to secure funding for Inspire Her Ghana’s programs and initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with donors and corporate sponsors to secure financial support and in-kind donations.
- Develop and implement innovative revenue-generating initiatives, such as product sales, fundraising events, and cause-related marketing campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue diversification and sustainability, including social enterprise ventures and fee-for-service models.
- Represent Inspire Her Ghana at networking events, conferences, and other relevant forums to raise awareness of our mission and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, volunteers, and community members.
- Contribute to the development of organizational strategic plans and fundraising targets.
- Track and report on fundraising activities, including donor interactions, grant submissions, and revenue generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or partnership management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of success in securing funding, cultivating partnerships, and developing revenue-generating initiatives.
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and techniques, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and stewardship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities for organizational growth and sustainability.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
