Strong relationships with strategic partners.LOCATIONUpper East and North-East regions of Ghana with periodic visits to the Tamale office. Frequent or occasional visits to other countries covered by Tree Aid.TYPE OF CONTRACTOne year renewable with a probation of 03 months, subject to performance and funding availability.Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will oversee the general coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the Tiisi Tenga project. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, planning and reviews and ensuring compliance the project standards, and driving project outcomes to achieve environmental and social impact goals.Key Responsibilities

Required Skills or ExperienceQualifications and Skills
  • Minimum master’s degree in Environmental Science, rural development studies, forestry, Project Management, or agriculture economics, or other related a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in carbon credit or sustainability projects.
  • Strong knowledge of carbon credit standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
