We seek a skilled Construction Engineer to join our progressive team at PUMPTECH.As the backbone of our construction projects, you will manage both the design and construction phases, ensuring a seamless transition from blueprint to final build. You will use state-of-the-art technology and methodologies to solve problems and create innovative solutions. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to work within project timelines.Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of construction sites and coordinate activities of subcontractors and staff.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice.Manage project resources, machinery, and materials efficiency.Implement safety and compliance protocols to create a secure work environment.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.Report regularly on project status to senior management and clients.Any other job assigned by your superior/Management.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably 2+ years.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Proficient in CAD software and MS Office; familiarity with project management software.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.Availability to visit the construction site outside of business hours, when relevant.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high accuracy in calculations and design.Ability to lead and motivate teams, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Ability to drive and possession of a driver’s license is an added advantage.How To Apply
