- Sales Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze sales data from the sales automation tool to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize route-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and sales metrics.
- Sales Incentive Support:
- Assist in the design and implementation of sales incentive programs aimed at motivating and improving sales team performance.
- Track the effectiveness of incentive programs and provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
- Ensure clear communication of incentive plans to the sales team to drive understanding and engagement.
- Distributor Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor distributor performance and generate regular reports on key metrics and areas needing improvement.
- Support the preparation and management of distributor rebates, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, providing analytical support to enhance their performance.
- Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis:
- Conduct ROI analysis for distributors to evaluate the effectiveness of investments and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate ROI reporting and provide recommendations for optimizing distributor partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales analytics, or route-to-market roles within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools, sales automation software, and dashboard reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, insights generation, and sales performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the FMCG market and distribution channels in Ghana is preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively.
