Director Facilities Management (Southern Sector) by Judicial Service of Ghana

• Acting as reference point for lodgment of compliants by residents for resolution
• Providing general maintenance services
• Managing electrical alternative power installations including management of the utility bills for the respective townhouses
• Ensuring that common areas and landscaping are properly maintained
• Managing plumbing systems and ensuring uninterrupted water supply
• Managing security arrangements for the facility
• Extending facility management services to other judicial service properties within the Greater Accra Region
• Performing any other related duties as and when required

• A bachelor’s degree in facilities management. A masters degree in Facilities management will be an advantage
• A certified facilities manager (CFM) credential will be an added advantage
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage projects
• Organisation, time management, prioritisation and the ability to handle complex, varied workload
• A keen attention to detail, especially the ability to quickly spot threats to safety
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management
