- Handles the banking duties of the Branch and company
- Maintains and updates the cash register on a daily basis
- Files all Pay-in-Slips
- Maintains a cheque register book for the branch
- Withdrawal of cash cheque on behalf of the company
- Monitor daily revenue centres target and collections and update the Accounts officer regularly
- Issues car park and washroom tickets to the respective Supervisor and receives all duplicates for audit purposes
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Accounts Officer
- DBS Accounting / RSA Stage III/ABCE
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Must have knowledge of office and banking procedures
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be familiar with basic accounting / book keeping skills
- Must possess record-keeping skills
- Must be computer literate
- Good with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel & Word
