- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Communication Assistant to support our marketing and communication efforts.
- The Assistant will work closely with the Marketing and Communication team to execute marketing strategies, manage communication channels, and assist in the development of promotional materials.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a passion for marketing and communication.
- Support the Marketing and Communication team in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Coordinate social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Attend all outdoor events, shoed, conferences, etc. to exhibit and market products and services
- Conduct research to gather data on market trends, competitor activity, and audience demographics.
- Help maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and media archives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, including gathering analytics and generating reports.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing files.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing or communication role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various channels.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
