This critical role ensures the safety and security of our assets, employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Assistant Operations Manager to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.[ad]Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
Conduct security audits and risk assessments
Coordinate and supervise technicians (training, scheduling, evaluations)
Respond to security incidents and emergencies
Develop security policies, procedures, and protocols
Liaise with law enforcement and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate security records
Conduct security briefings and training sessions
Stay updated on security trends and technologies
Perform additional duties as assigned

ReportingThe Operations Officer will report directly to the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM), providing regular updates on operational progress, challenges, and key metrics.Required Skills or ExperienceEssential Requirement

Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive.
