- Identify potential clients and business opportunities across target industries.
- Prepare and deliver engaging pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Close deals and meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring satisfaction and consistent communication.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, collaborators, and stakeholders.
- Represent the business at events, exhibitions, and networking engagements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Contribute ideas for promotional materials and branding efforts.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, reports, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and coordination of client projects.
- Acquire deep knowledge of the company’s offerings — including digital solutions, event registration platforms, marketing services, IT solutions, and consulting products.
- Continuously gather market intelligence and report on trends.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities or roles when required, including support for internal projects, research, or operational coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Confident and persuasive with a client-first mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and business growth.
