- Lead full project delivery for highway and motorway construction
- Manage large-scale earthworks, embankments, subbase and pavement layers
- Oversee asphalt works, drainage systems, culverts, and bridge interfaces
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers on site
- Develop and control detailed project schedules and budgets
- Monitor productivity, milestones, and cost performance
- Ensure compliance with national technical standards and project specifications
- Oversee quality control procedures, inspections, and reporting
- Manage contracts, variations, claims, risk registers, and change orders
- Liaise with government authorities and project stakeholders
- Ensure safe site operations and environmental compliance
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on highways, motorways, or major road infrastructure projects
- Strong background in heavy civil works and large-scale earthworks
- Hands-on experience with subgrade preparation, pavement structures, and asphalt works
- Experience coordinating bridge works, culverts, and drainage systems
- Strong contract administration and cost control capabilities
- Experience managing multinational site teams
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar planning tools
- Willingness to relocate and be fully site-based in Ghana
- Monthly fixed salary (negotiable based on experience)
