A progressive organization in Laterbiokoshie is seeking a proactive and experienced Training Coordinator to lead and support employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training and hold a Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee performance
- Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department heads
- Organize both in-house and external training sessions, including onboarding
- Liaise with facilitators and vendors to ensure quality delivery
- Monitor and measure training outcomes and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic reports
- Support broader HR initiatives around talent development and engagement
- Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in training coordination or L&D
- Strong facilitation, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
