A progressive organization in Laterbiokoshie is seeking a proactive and experienced Training Coordinator to lead and support employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training and hold a Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee performance
  • Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department heads
  • Organize both in-house and external training sessions, including onboarding
  • Liaise with facilitators and vendors to ensure quality delivery
  • Monitor and measure training outcomes and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic reports
  • Support broader HR initiatives around talent development and engagement
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in training coordination or L&D
  • Strong facilitation, planning, and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
