Job DescriptionGroupe Sebastien is a management company for several brands comprising restaurants, outdoor catering services, and schools.We are looking to hire a qualified Operations Officer to assist in the implementation of the right processes and practices across our organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:The Operations Officer's duties involve assisting in optimising the Groupe Sebastien's operating model by ensuring daily operations and support in executing on middle to long-term strategies set by the Chief Operations Officer. It will also include,
  • Assisting in enforcing policy direction and advice to the company developed by management to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assisting in ensuring that all parts of the business/offices are working efficiently together.
  • Participating in the initiation and implementation of the right operational model and structure in line with the customer solutions we provide.
  • Analyzing all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
  • Liaising with external suppliers and other related support teams to ensure good rapport and/or good working relationship between them and the company.
  • Assisting in the implementation of all operational initiatives and strategies in support of the business revenue activities.
  • Working with artisans and vendors to ensure projects are efficiently completed
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer
  • Maintaining contact with the Unit Managers and Chief Operations Officer on operational issues
Qualification Required & ExperienceREQUIREMENTS
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Operations and or similar fields
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of operational policies, systems and procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
