- To provide operational support for the management of the Information Communication Technology functions of the Agency.
- Collect data for the formulation of ICT policies.
- Undertakes the maintenance and repair of ICT infrastructure and equipment of the Agency.
- Provides technical services for the management of the information systems.
- Installs ICT equipment and software of the Agency.
- Collect data for the development of effective and efficient ICT security systems.
- Collects input for the procurement of ICT equipment and services.
- Provides effective user support services in the Agency.
- Collects data for the preparation of annual work and budget for the Unit.
- Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information System (MIS) any other relevant field from an accredited tertiary institution.
- A relevant industry skill-based certification(s) would be an added advantage.
- Must have completed National Service.
- Must pass a selection interview conducted by the Agency in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
- Knowledge in laws relating to ICT.
- Monitoring skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of ICT applications.
