- Receiving guests by standing and directing them to the appropriate rooms.
- Receiving and transferring incoming calls
- Taking reservations
- Checking in guests upon arrival
- Informing housekeeping of new check-ins and check-outs
- File guest order sheets in the various room files, respectively
- Preparing bills and checkouts upon departure
- Informing the security of the airport pickup and drop
- Prepare guest invoices
- Excellent grooming whilst on duty.
- Any other responsibilities delegated by Management
- Minimum qualification: HND in Hospitality Management or its equivalent
- Minimum years of experience: 2 years
