Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities
  • Receiving guests by standing and directing them to the appropriate rooms.
  • Receiving and transferring incoming calls
  • Taking reservations
  • Checking in guests upon arrival
  • Informing housekeeping of new check-ins and check-outs
  • File guest order sheets in the various room files, respectively
  • Preparing bills and checkouts upon departure
  • Informing the security of the airport pickup and drop
  • Prepare guest invoices
  • Excellent grooming whilst on duty.
  • Any other responsibilities delegated by Management
Required Skills or Experience
  • Minimum qualification: HND in Hospitality Management or its equivalent
  • Minimum years of experience: 2 years
