Job DescriptionWe are seeking dynamic and young professionals to join our planning team as Planning Specialists. responsible for the end-to-end logistics coordination of stock transfers from the factory to the destination. This position ensures the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods by optimizing load planning, coordinating transportation, and managing on-site execution. The specialist acts as the vital link between planning and logistics, directly impacting operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze demand requirements to create logical and efficient stowage order according to demand; plan loading routes and cargo arrangement to maximize both truck weight and volume capacity, ensuring cost-efficient transportation.
  • Proactively prepare transport documents and instructions. Dispatch and coordinate transport vehicles to the factory for loading, ensuring alignment with the planned schedule.
  • Track the arrival of transport vehicles to the factory, adjust the abnormal situation of orders on site, so that the orders can be completed accurately and quickly.
  • Track the real-time arrival of vehicles at the loading point. Manage and adjust orders on-site to resolve any unforeseen issues or discrepancies, ensuring accurate and swift fulfillment of all transfer orders.
  • Collect and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all transfer orders. Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and actionable recommendations for process improvement.
Qualification Required & Experience
  • Profiency in the use of Excel
  • Excellent communication and coordination
  • Responsible and scrupulous, devotion to work
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years work experience
