Job DescriptionAcademic Leadership and Lead Learner Role:
  • Oversee the effective implementation of the Cambridge Curriculum at the primary level.
  • Promote best practices in formative and summative assessment to ensure data-driven instruction.
  • Support teachers in designing differentiated learning strategies for diverse student needs
  • Encourage students to engage in inquiry-based learning and develop critical thinking skills.
  • Implement Cambridge assessment policies to ensure students are well-prepared for internal and external examinations.

  • Promote technology-driven learning and ensure staff proficiency in digital tools.

Required Skills or ExperienceEducation & Experience
  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, English Language or a related field.
  • Teaching certification/license.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in child protection and student well-being programs.
  • Competency in ICT for education and administration.
