This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and finance leadership.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/Ghana Revenue Authority.
Manage the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Support tax filings and liaise with tax consultants to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Requirements & Skills?

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or audit environment. Agriculture industry experience is a plus.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
