Development Process: In-depth understanding of software development process, frameworks, and methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in modern software technologies and frameworks.
Performance Optimization: Proven ability to optimize code for performance, ensuring fast execution and low resource utilization.
Communication: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mentoring: Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
