Location: SpintexIndustry: Plastic Manufacturing / Plastic MoldingReports To: Production Manager / Plant ManagerJOB SUMMARYThe Production Shift Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing plastic molding operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficient production, quality compliance, equipment reliability, and adherence to safety standards. The role involves coordinating machine operations, troubleshooting process issues, managing shift staff, and meeting daily production targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate all plastic molding activities during assigned shifts

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met

Set up, monitor, and optimize plastic molding machines and production processes

Troubleshoot machine, mold, and process-related issues to minimize downtime

Conduct routine checks on machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

Monitor raw material usage and reduce waste and rework

Supervise, guide, and motivate machine operators and shift technicians

Maintain accurate shift reports on production output, downtime, defects, and incidents

Liaise with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams for smooth operations

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards within the production area
