- Supervision of the blasting operations at the company's various sites
- Supervision of the execution of blasting processes
- Supervision of the management of the explosives
- Preparing weekly and monthly plans for drilling process, and ensuring the required number of drilled boreholes required for the blasting process according to production plans
- Qualified person with a Blasting Certificate from Minerals Commission.
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology/ Mining Engineering from an accredited University
- Knowledge of any blast design program or ability to learn the software
- Significant experience in blast
- Excellent computer skills with MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel
