Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to manage enterprise risk
Monitor compliance with the institution’s risk appetite
Prepare periodic risk reports to the Board and the Bank of Ghana

[ad]Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Professional certification is preferred
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial sector
Knowledge of Bank of Ghana regulations and risk management frameworks
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
