- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

- Contribute to workforce planning, developing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Support the development of organizational culture and transformation initiatives.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and employee development.
- Proven experience in handling a wide variety of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions and align them with organizational goals.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent at driving HR initiatives that impact employee development, retention, and engagement.
