  • Establish and maintain partnerships with telecom carriers and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with carriers as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the provisioning, activation, and deactivation of carrier services.
  • Ensure carrier circuits and services meet performance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage network capacity and scalability.
  • Optimize carrier routes and configurations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Document and track issue resolution to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of carrier agreements, pricing sheets, and usage reports.
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and standards.
  • Support audits related to carrier services and operations.
  • Monitor carrier expenses and ensure they align with budget constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through carrier consolidation or renegotiation.
  • Provide financial reports and forecasts related to carrier expenditures.
  • Work closely with NWG, IT, Regulatory and RAFM teams to meet operational goals.
  • Provide support for new product launches requiring carrier integration.
  • Communicate carrier-related updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
Qualification Required & ExperienceEducation:
  • Minimum of 1st Degree within commercial or technical discipline
Experience:
  • 3 years relevant experience in roaming, carrier operations, or related wholesale business
Professional/Technical competencies:
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Working knowledge of Billing systems (Interconnect billing preferred)
  • Project Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Effective communication
  • Experience in Telecom Business function
