- Creating from scratch and maintaining an effective database and filing system
- Providing administrative support for a team of executives and staff commission when necessary
- Managing an effective Petty Cash system
- Keeping parallel documents, information and records alongside an existing entity
- Assisting in organizing marketing campaigns
- Maintaining bank statements, payment vouchers and receipts record
- Writing and presenting weekly summary reports to Executives
- Custodian of all entity documents
- General office maintenance responsibilities
- Minimum of a First 1st Degree
- Medium to high level usage of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Familiarity and usage of social media platforms
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to energetically work independently
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
