- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during shift
- Coordinate and supervise front-of-house and/or kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest concerns
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and timing in collaboration with kitchen staff
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- Manage staff breaks, shift changes, and ensure smooth handovers
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Handle cash-outs, POS reports, and daily closing procedures
- Communicate effectively with the management team about shift performance and issues
