- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office or customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Ezee, Opera)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
