- Welcome guest and assist them with check -in and check-out task.
- Respond to all guest questions and requests in a professional manner
- Answer and forward calls to the appropriate departments.
- Register new clients and update profiles of existing ones on the database
- Assign rooms to guests and inform them of other amenities available
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
- Handle and resolve guests' complaints and escalate when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mails and other correspondence
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned when the need arises
- HND or First degree in Hospitality or any related field
- Basic computer knowledge is required (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Must be proficient in English (oral and written)
- 1-3 years' experience in same or similar environment
