- The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their financial needs are met
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients
- Conducting financial assessments to understand clients needs and risk tolerance
- Providing financial advice and recommending appropriate banking products
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for banking products and services
- Resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic banking environment
- Must be between the ages of 25 years – 35 years at the time of application
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess the ability to create trust and build relationships
- Critical thinking and excellent analytical skills.

- Excellent planning skills to ensure effective portfolio planning
- Customer-oriented with the ability to empathize with customers
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software and Microsoft Office suite
