Job Vacancy For Sales Project Manager

- The Sales Project Manager functions include, but are not limited to, territory coverage and distribution management, customer relationship building, opportunity management, pricing strategy creation, negotiation, and order capture to grow sales.
- Qualify and accelerate leads & inquiries into opportunities
- Negotiate and accelerate the capture of opportunities
- Provide tracking reports and status updates of programs and customer conversion successes.
- Assist sales force converting targeted service accounts.
- Develop, track and manage plans for high growth and high potential customer opportunities.
- Prepare and present technical based sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Create customer loyalty through excellent customer service, superior technical support, and industry leading contract (order) performance.
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Other related duties as required.
- BS in Business / related field; MBA is a plus
- 2-5 years marketing or sales experience or equivalent job experience.
- Able to build strong relationships with customers, employees and management.
- Solid business acumen, management reporting, and problem solving.
- Experience with Ceramic products/ Industry would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, organized, a highly motivated leader of people, and champion of improvements.
- Demonstrated proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.
- Expected travel outside Accra is 10-15% days monthly
